“He makes real good pitches. He gives me a lot to look forward to. I’ll take away the bad pitch he made to (Robinson) Cano. He walked a couple people. Can’t really do anything about that. But I like the pitches that he made to Rodriguez. He made a bad pitch to Cano. For the most part I thought his location was better.”

Trembley said he was “very encouraged” by the way Nolan Reimold played tonight. He wants to get Reimold in back-to-back games in the outfield this week.

Matt Wieters caught all nine innings.

Brian Roberts was 1-for-3 with a walk. He told Trembley that he wants to play tomorrow.
