Orioles catcher Matt Wieters entered tonight’s All-Star Game in the bottom of the sixth inning.
That didn’t take too long. I thought American League manager Ron Washington might save him for extra innings.
Wieters set the target for Indians reliever Chris Perez, who gave up a double to former teammate Yadier Molina in a scoreless inning.

We’re still waiting for Wieters’ first at-bat. Right now, Milwaukee’s Prince Fielder is the MVP after hitting a three-run homer for the National League.
