Orioles pitcher Michael Gonzalez has still not had the appeal of his three-game suspension heard and is active for the Boston series that begins tonight.
Gonzalez said he doesn’t expect any lingering bad blood between the teams after the hit batters and the ejections from the series last weekend.
“Definitely not. It’s water under the bridge already. What’s done is done. It’s over. We’re starting a clean slate today and we’ll go from there,” he said.

After seeing Kevin Gregg’s suspension reduced from four to three games, Gonzalez said he expected his three-game suspension to get reduced.
“I would expect. Kevin had four (games) and I had three, I’m expecting them to at least make it two games or something.
“They said it may take a couple weeks, maybe three weeks (to hear the appeal). I’m not sure,” Gonzalez said.
Gonzalez was asked about standing up for his teammates in that last Boston series.
“I don’t think anyone likes being bullied, and in a way we felt that way. It was one of those things where you just had to do what you had to do. It’s part of the game. It’s been part of the game since as far as I can remember. It’s one of those things where it’s, it’s over with and we’re starting all over again. We are pretty much done talking about it after this, so, that’s about it,” he said.
