A postponement could further complicate the Orioles’ rotation plans. Guthrie would start one game of the doubleheader, and manager Buck Showalter would have to choose between Zach Britton and Chris Tillman for the other game. It’s possible that Tillman would return to Triple-A Norfolk without being officially recalled.
