The ball sailed past the scoreboard, giving Jones two home runs this spring.

Jeremy Guthrie will come back out for the bottom of the third inning with his pitch count at 42, including 25 strikes.

Tejada bobbled Buck’s grounder and threw wildly to first, allowing Overbay to take third. Overbay scored on Jeremy Reed’s grounder, and Travis Snider launched his second two-run homer.
