Brad Bergesen, a non-tender candidate earlier this winter, is seeking $1.2 million. The Orioles are offering $800,000. He was 2-7 with a 5.70 ERA in 34 appearances, including 12 starts.

Hearing dates will be scheduled for the four players, but negotiations will continue.

The Orioles haven’t gone to arbitration since 2006, when Rodrigo Lopez lost his case and could barely hide his frustration and disappointment when he returned to spring training.
