Cummings has over 20 years of experience working in the sports industry. Before joining the Orioles in 2010 as Assistant Director of Ballpark Operations , he was most recently with the Lancaster Barnstormers independent baseball team. Cummings has also worked in minor league baseball for teams in Lynchburg, VA ; Mobile, AL ; and West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Sarasota, FL. Cummings has over 20 years of experience working in the sports industry. Before joining the Orioles in 2010 as Assistant Director of Ballpark Operations , he was most recently with the Lancaster Barnstormers independent baseball team. Cummings has also worked in minor league baseball for teams in Lynchburg, VA ; Mobile, AL ; and West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Sarasota, FL. He has also worked in minor league hockey for teams in Rockford, IL and Worcester and Lowell, MA .

In his role, Cummings will oversee the gameday operation of Oriole Park, including serving as the primary liaison between the Orioles and the Maryland Stadium Authority. He will also oversee over 300 Oriole Park event employees, as well as leading the Orioles’ green initiatives and sustainability efforts.

Originally from Middletown, NJ, Cummings and his wife, Christine, and two sons, Jake (12) and Michael (6), live in Lancaster, PA.
