The deal is not completely done, but the Orioles are closing in on an agreement with their third-round draft pick, UCLA pitcher Dan Klein. The 22-year-old Klein was a redshirt sophomore for the Bruins, who made the College World Series this year. He was the 85th overall selection in the draft.
