It would seem to make sense that some of the Orioles young starting pitchers might have to be shut down before the season ends due to pitching a lot of innings. David Hernandez rebounded from two sub-par starts to win his 4th game of the year as the Orioles beat the Oakland A's 3-2 Tuesday in front of 23,006 at Camden Yards.
