The Orioles today announced that they have reinstated infielder Michael Almanzar from the 60-day disabled list and designated him for assignment.
Almanzar, 23, was selected by the Orioles in the Rule 5 draft from Boston on December 12, 2013. He was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 23, with left patellar tendinitis and transferred to the 60-day DL on June 6.The Orioles today announced that they have reinstated infielder Michael Almanzar from the 60-day disabled list and designated him for assignment.
