On a day when their starter struggled and they fell behind early, the Orioles still got to celebrate a walk-off win over the Yankees.
Robert Andino, whose RBI single tied the game 4-4 in the eighth, won it with an RBI single down the third-base line with one out in the 10th for the 5-4 victory. His hit scored Nolan Reimold, who reached on an infield single and moved to second on a walk to Chris Davis.

The Orioles trailed 4-1 after three innings but battled back to tie with single runs in the 4th, 6th and 8th innings on a Mark Reynolds RBI groundout, a Chris Davis RBI double and a Robert Andino RBI single.
Starting pitcher Alfredo Simon walked a career-high six batters and gave up four runs in four innings. But five bullpen pitchers followed and did not allow a hit or a run over a combined six innings.
The game was a make up game for contests that were rained out April 22 and August 27 and was played in front of a sparce crowd at Camden Yards, although the official paid attendance was announced as 33,841.
With the win, the Orioles are 57-85 and New York falls to 87-55.
I’ll have some additional notes and quotes when I return from the clubhouse.
