BOWIE, Md. – Here is tonight’s lineup for the Double-A Bowie Baysox as they take on the Erie SeaWovles at 6:35 p.m. here at Prince George’s Stadium. Brian Matusz is pitching tonight for Bowie, making his second rehab start.
Matusz pitched four innings, allowing two hits and one run, Monday with Single-A Frederick. Matusz threw 60 pitches, 37 for strikes in that outing with Frederick and is expected to throw around 75-80 pitches tonight.

This will be Matusz’s first outing at Bowie since July 27, 2009. That year, he made eight starts for the Baysox, going 7-0 with an ERA of 1.55 over 46 1/3 innings before his callup to Baltimore on Aug. 4.
His mound opponent tonight is Jacob Turner, the top prospect in the Tigers’ organization who just turned 20 today. The right-hander is 1-1 with a 2.58 ERA.
The Baysox made two roster moves today, sending pitcher Mitch Atkins to Triple-A Norfolk and adding pitcher Rick Zagone from Frederick.
