SARASOTA, Fla. – Orioles pitcher Brad Bergesen said his right forearm feels “a little stiff this morning” after being hit by a Denard Span line drive yesterday afternoon.
“I’ll keep icing it today to keep the swelling down,” he said.
Treatment will be the only activity for Bergesen today.
“I will not throw today,” he said, “but I’ll hopefully play catch tomorrow and we’ll just go from there.”
