Brandon Erbe is 0-10 with a 5.73 ERA at Triple-A Norfolk after today’s 5-1 loss to Toledo.
Erbe allowed two runs (one earned) and five hits in five innings, and was removed after 88 pitches (59 strikes). Jim Miller threw two scoreless innings, striking out three, but Toledo’s Casper Wells hit a three-run homer off Dennis Sarfate in the ninth.
Josh Bell was 1-for-4 with an RBI. Jeff Salazar had two hits.

Single-A Delmarva’s Robert Bundy didn’t get the decision in a 6-3 loss to Lexington after allowing three runs (two earned) and four hits in five innings.
Levi Carolus hit his first home run and Tyler Stampone went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. Steven Bumbry went 0-for-4 with four strikeouts.
Justin Moore tossed five scoreless innings, allowing four hits, walking four and striking out five in short-season Single-A Aberdeen’s 4-0 victory over Hudson Valley.
L.J. Hoes went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs scored. Mike Flacco was 1-for-3 with an RBI.
