The Orioles announced that tickets for their annual FanFest go on sale today.
The event will be held Jan. 31 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Baltimore Convention Center, with early entry for Orioles season plan members to begin at 10 a.m. as part of the Orange Carpet Program.
Tickets are available online at www.orioles.com/fanfest, via phone at 1-888-848-BIRD, at the Camden Yards box office and at the official team store at the York Galleria in York, Pa. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children 14 and under and adults over 55.
On the day of the event, FanFest tickets will be sold at the Convention Center and the Camden Yards box office. This week, 2014 season plan members and Dugout Club members will receive an email offer for complimentary tickets, which may be redeemed through their online My Tickets Account.
The Orioles’ autograph policy for FanFest 2015 will be the same as last year, which is designed to support youth charitable endeavors through OriolesREACH, as well as “enhance the fan experience with shortened wait times,” according to the release.
Children 4-14 will have a specially designated kids-only player autograph station that is free of charge and will operate continuously throughout the day. All other autograph stations will require the advance purchase of autograph vouchers exclusively at www.orioles.com/fanfest, with all of the proceeds to benefit children’s charities through OriolesREACH.
Autograph vouchers will be available for purchase beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17.
The list of current and former players attending FanFest will be announced at a later date.
In addition to autographs, other FanFest activities include question-and-answer forums with players and front office staff; clinics for children on a youth-sized baseball field; kids press conferences where young Orioles fans can ask questions to players; official Orioles merchandise available for purchase; memorabilia dealers; a silent auction benefitting the Orioles Charitable Foundation; an exhibit on spring training in Sarasota; and a tour of the Orioles clubhouse at Camden Yards.
Orioles representatives will also be on hand to help answer questions from fans about becoming season plan member. An announcement regarding the sale of individual game tickets will be made at a later date.
Complimentary parking for FanFest is available in Lot B/C.
For updated information about the event, fans should visit www.orioles.com/fanfest.
