The Orioles announced today that they’ll bring back the popular “Come free for your Birthday” promotion from last season.
After more than 45,000 fans participated in the promo during the 2009 season, fans are invited to once again celebrate their birthdays at Oriole Park by attending a game for free during the month of their birthday.
All fans who register their birthday here will receive a voucher good for one free ticket to any non-prime game during their birthday month.

But don’t worry if your birthday falls outside of baseball season. Fans with birthdays from January through March will have the chance to attend a game in April, and fans with birthdays from October through December may attend a game in September.
All fans celebrating their birthdays at the ballpark can also stop by any of the Fan Assistance locations at Camden Yards to receive a free customized certificate to commemorate their special day.
“Thousands of fans choose to celebrate their birthdays at Camden Yards each year, and the Orioles want to make sure the opportunity remains as affordable and enjoyable as possible for everyone who wishes to spend their special day with us,” said Orioles Director of Communications Greg Bader in a release sent out by the team earlier today.
Orioles fans can also click here or call 888.848.BIRD to get details about kids birthday party packages, visits from the Oriole Bird and scoreboard surprises.
An all-inclusive Carvel birthday party package is available for kids 14 and younger. For $25 per person ($35 per person for prime games), each member of the party will receive a game ticket in the Terrace Box area in right field, vouchers for a kid-sized hot dog, popcorn and soda, and a Carvel novelty item. The Oriole Bird will also make a visit to the birthday section during the game, and the party will be announced on the video board at the Yard.
Visits from the Oriole Bird or Scoreboard Surprises outside of the kids all-inclusive Carvel birthday party package are possible by making a donation to the Orioles Charitable Foundation. With a $75 donation, the Oriole Bird will bring a goody bag directly to the birthday boy or girl’s seat, and for a $25 dollar donation, fans can have their birthdays listed on the center field scoreboard during the game.
Reservations placed at least 48 hours in advance are required for visits from the Bird and Scoreboard Surprises and can be made by visiting orioles.com or calling 888.848.BIRD.
