The Orioles have made the following roster moves:
- Selected RHP Rico Garcia from Triple-A Norfolk to the Major League roster as a Substitute Player. He will wear No. 63.
- Selected OF Kyle Stowers from Triple-A Norfolk to the Major League roster as a Substitute Player. He will wear No. 83 and his first appearance will be his Major League debut.
- Placed LHP Keegan Akin on the Restricted List.
- Placed OF Anthony Santander on the Restricted List.
- INF Chris Owings has cleared unconditional release waivers and been released.
