You’ll likely either really like this post or you’ll hate it. That will all depend on how you feel about Twitter.
If you hate it, pretend this post doesn’t exist, enjoy watching the Orioles on MASN HD against the Phillies, and have a great weekend.

If you’re a Twittermaniac–and I’m by no means declaring myself to be, but it’s nice to keep in touch with O’s fans all over the world–read on.
Browsing TweetDeck from my desk in the MASNsports.com WebStudio this afternoon, I started seeing tweets from other O’s fans who will be making the trip to Philly to support the Birds at Citizens Bank Park this weekend.
It’s nice to know my friends and I won’t be alone amongst Phillies fans in the stands this weekend, as I’ll be heading east to watch the O’s take on the Phillies in the second game of their fourth Interleague series of the ’09 season on Saturday.
Though Philadelphia’s not a far cry from Baltimore, I thought I might put my Blackberry to good use and tweet from the stands this weekend for those of you who can’t be there to watch the Birds in person.
I’m still working my way through learning the ins and outs of Twitter, and with the wealth of technology at our fingertips these days, you might not need my tweets to keep up; but if you’re interested in the atmosphere at Citizens Bank Park, the differences between their park and the Yard, or how many other O’s fans could make it to Philly to support the Birds, feel free to follow my posts throughout the day on Saturday.
And if you’re looking for as much O’s news as you can find, you can friend, follow, and subscribe to any or all of the following:
