Join the Orioles for their second “Birdland Social” Social Media Night at Camden Yards on Wednesday, July 19th! Presented by CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, the party starts at the center field Roof Deck at 5 p.m. prior to the 7:05 p.m. game against the Texas Rangers. The Orioles will welcome 250 of their most committed social media fans, who will have the opportunity to join a question-and-answer session with the Orioles’ Trey Mancini (@TreyMancini) and MASNSports.com’s very own Roch Kubatko (@masnroch), hosted by Orioles public address announcer Ryan Wagner.
Along with the private Q&A, tickets include early access to the ballpark, a catered menu for guests, a ticket to the game and an exclusive Mancini T-shirt. Other activities during the event will include the popular Catch a #Winner batting practice challenge (lucky fans who retrieve a ball that says “#Winner” are able to redeem them for prizes at the Orioles Fan Assistance booth), and “BringMeFood” (when fans tweet their seat location and desired menu item with #BringMeFood, they become eligible for food delivery during the game).
The #BirdlandSocial Photo Booth will also be making its debut at the Kids’ Corner near Gate C, and will feature Orioles baseball-themed props. Fans taking photos can post to their Twitter and Instagram accounts using #BirdlandSocial for a chance to be shown on the video board during the game and the Orioles’ official Instagram story.
Fans are encouraged to use #BirdlandSocial throughout the pregame event and game as additional promotions will take place from the Orioles’ various social media accounts. For more information and tickets to the Social Media Night pregame party, click here.
