Arrieta issued two bases-loaded walks in the Seattle third, a few batters after taking a shot off his left leg on a ball hit up the middle by Ichiro Suzuki. Over his last three starts, Arrieta has given up 12 ER over 12 innings.

Mark Reynolds hit a solo homer in the third and the Orioles scored twice in the eighth, but left two men on trying to get the tie run.
