Tillman did not get a decision. He gave up one run and six hits over five innings.
For the Orioles, Nick Markakis had an RBI double, Cesar Izturis an RBI triple and Chad Moeller a solo homer.
Rafael Perez, who pitched 1 1/3 innings of shutout relief, got the win. Matt LaPorta went 4 for 4 for the Tribe.
Adam Jones had quite a night on defense. He made two leaping catches at the wall, robbing Asdrubal Cabrera and Shin-Soo Choo of at least extra-base hits if not homers, plus he threw a runner out at the plate in the 8th inning.
