Part-Time Sales Assistant Position
MASN Advertising Sales department is looking for an experienced broadcast/cable sales assistant to work 3 days a week on a temporary basis. The position requires performing a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support the Advertising Sales staff. This position reports to the Sales Support Manger.

The position requires performing a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support the Advertising Sales staff. This position reports to the Sales Support Manger.
The Sales Assistant’s primary duties include but are not limited to:
• Handle exact time and posting requests
• Process hospitality requests
• Other duties as assigned and needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year media ad sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience
• Basic working knowledge of broadcast/cable advertising sales
• Strong interpersonal skills/team oriented
• Strong computer skills especially in Excel, Power Point and Word
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client relation skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication
• VCI, OneDomain, and Nielsen software knowledge a plus
