It’s been a month since we launched our new and improved website and app experiences. In that short time, we’ve seen thousands of fans rush to secure their access to live Orioles games, and we’ve gotten quite a few questions from them as well. Here are the answers to some of the most common inquiries we have received.
If your question isn’t answered here, be sure to check out our FAQ page or reach out to our Customer Service team. You can also leave a comment down below and we’ll try our best to get back to you!
Where can I download the MASN app?
The MASN app is available to download on the following devices*:
* iPhone, iPad and Apple TV through the Apple App Store
* Android mobile devices (Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, etc.) through Google Play
* Amazon Fire TV devices through the Amazon Appstore
* Roku devices through the Roku Channel Store
You can also view the latest MASN news, updates and video content right here on our website. Access to our live channel, including live Orioles games, requires a subscription to MASN+ (please see “How do I get Orioles Baseball?” below).
* Older makes, models and software versions may not be supported. Any devices not listed, such as game consoles, Samsung, LG, Vizio and Hisense TVs, are currently not supported.
How do I get Orioles Baseball?
In-Market Users
If you’re an in-market user who doesn’t already have access to the MASN channel through your TV provider, the best way to get access to LIVE Orioles games is by purchasing a Monthly, Annual or Season Pass* subscription to MASN+ through our website here.
To determine if you fall within MASN’s market zone, enter your ZIP Code into our MASN+ Eligibility ZIP Code Finder on our FAQ page.
* Fans who purchase a Season Pass before March 22, 2026, will be given a complementary code to the MASN+ Season Pass product through the MLB app, allowing them to watch Orioles games on even more devices!
Out-of-Market Users
Orioles fans come from all over, and if you’re an out-of-market user, the best way to watch Orioles baseball is by purchasing a Monthly or Seasonal subscription to MLB.TV through the MLB website. All-Team and Single-Team packages are available.
To determine if you fall outside of MASN’s market zone, enter your ZIP Code into our MASN+ Eligibility ZIP Code Finder on our FAQ page.
I purchased a MASN+ Season Pass. When do I get my MLB code?
Fans who purchased a MASN+ Season Pass before March 22, 2026, will be sent their complementary code to the MASN+ Season Pass product through the MLB app by March 25, 2026. Check the inbox* of the email address you used to sign up for MASN+. To redeem your code, you will have to visit the MLB website and create an account if you don’t already have one.
* Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder as well!
Can I link my MASN+ account with my MLB account?
MASN+ accounts and MLB accounts are separate and cannot be linked. If you purchased a subscription to MASN+ through MASN, you will not be able to authenticate (sign in) through the MLB app, and vice versa.
Fans who purchase a MASN+ Season Pass through MASN before March 22, 2026, will be sent a complementary code to the MASN+ Season Pass product through the MLB app, but they will still need to create a separate account with MLB if they don’t already have one.
How do I get in touch with MASN Customer Service?
The fastest way to reach our Customer Service team is by submitting a webform through our Contact Us page. If you prefer to simply email, you can also send an email to customerservice@masnsports.com, but please be sure to include the following details:
* Your name and account email
* Your subscription type

* A clear description of your question or issue
