SARASOTA, Fla. - Matt Wieters came out of today's game against the Twins with right elbow soreness. The Orioles made the announcement a few minutes ago.

Eduardo Nunez singled with one out in the first and stole second, with Wieters making a high throw. The Twins sent seven batters to the plate.
Wieters was playing his sixth game this spring. He underwent ligament-reconstructive surgery on his right elbow in June 2014.
Ubaldo Jimenez went 3 1/3 innings today, the longest outing by an Oriole this spring. He allowed one run and four hits, with one walk and two strikeouts.
Jimenez threw 61 pitches, 39 for strikes.
