SARASOTA, Fla. - Wade Miley said he's fine this morning after being hit yesterday on the left forearm and rib cage area. The Orioles haven't scheduled any tests for him and he said it's just like any other day. Infielder Johnny Giavotella said he could play today if needed, though he's not on the trip to Port Charlotte. He was hit yesterday on the left wrist while diving for a line drive. SARASOTA, Fla. - Wade Miley said he's fine this morning after being hit yesterday on the left forearm and rib cage area. The Orioles haven't scheduled any tests for him and he said it's just like any other day.

Infielder Johnny Giavotella said he could play today if needed, though he's not on the trip to Port Charlotte. He was hit yesterday on the left wrist while diving for a line drive.

Giavotella swung a bat this morning without any discomfort. He was worried that he might have broken the hamate bone, but he avoided injury.

Ryan Flaherty is playing first base today against the Rays and Paul Janish is the shortstop.
