The O's fell behind 1-0 when Ian Kinsler homered in the last of the first. They then rallied to take the lead with three runs in the top of the second vs. C.J. Wilson.
Julio Lugo had an RBI double and Corey Patterson a two-run double. In the top of the O's ninth, Miguel Tejada hit a solo homer to provide an insurance run.
Patterson went seven for 19 with three doubles and 8 RBI in the Texas series.
This was the Orioles first four-game road sweep of any team since they won four in a row in Chicago from the White Sox from July 6-9 of 1995. The O's went 5-5 on the ten-game road trip and are now 10-7 over their past 17 games.
The O's hit the All-Star break with a record of 29-59 and their season resumes Friday night at home vs. Toronto.
