The Orioles today announced that they have agreed to terms with right-hander Tommy Hunter on one-year contracts, thus avoiding arbitration.
Hunter, 26, was 7-8 with a 5.45 ERA (133.2IP, 81ER) in 33 games (20 starts) for the Orioles in 2012. In his last 10 appearances of the year (all in relief), Hunter was 3-0 with a 0.71 ERA (12.2IP, 1ER).
