Jackson Holliday is at second base. Samuel Basallo is the designated hitter.

The outfield includes Colton Cowser in center and Dylan Beavers in right.

Christian Encarnacion-Strand is on the bench tonight after the Orioles recalled him yesterday. The 27 characters give him the longest full name in major league history. Encarnacion-Strand’s last name (18 characters) will surpass Asher Wojciechowski (13) for the longest in club history.

Adley Rutschman has gone 30 consecutive plate appearances without a strikeout since July 4, the second-longest active streak in the majors behind Miami’s Javier Sanoja (49).

Scoring change: Kansas City’s Josh Rojas reached in the second inning Sunday on what was originally ruled a throwing error on Blaze Alexander. It’s been changed to a hit, and Rojas’ run is now earned against Shane Baz.

Catcher Creed Willems is beginning a rehab assignment with High-A Frederick.
