Austin Hays stays in center field tonight as the Orioles continue their series in Toronto.
According to STATS, Hays became the first major league rookie last night to have at least five RBIs, a stolen base and an outfield assist in the same game since RBIs became an official stat in 1920.
Trey Mancini is playing first base. He’s batting .413 (19-for-46) with four home runs and 16 RBIs during a 10-game hitting streak.

Trey Mancini is playing first base. He’s batting .413 (19-for-46) with four home runs and 16 RBIs during a 10-game hitting streak.
The streak is tied with infielder Hanser Alberto’s 10-gamer from Aug. 11-21 as the second-longest by an Orioles player this season behind outfielder Anthony Santander’s stretch of 12-straight games from Aug. 25-Sept. 7. It’s the second-longest of Mancini’s career behind a 17-game streak from Sept. 11-25, 2017.
Austin Wynns is catching and Richie Martin is the shortstop.
Dylan Bundy is making his penultimate start of 2019. He faced the Blue Jays on Wednesday and allowed one run with five walks and eight strikeouts in five innings.
His 4.89 ERA is the lowest since July 5 (4.65), after he held the Blue Jays to one run and three hits with six strikeouts in 6 2/3 innings.
Bundy’s other start against Toronto this season came on Aug. 3, when he surrendered two runs with seven strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings. He’s posted a 2.12 ERA against them this summer.
In 14 career games against Toronto, Bundy owns a 3.13 ERA and 1.137 WHIP with 69 strikeouts over 63 1/3 innings.
Bundy is responsible for only one of Randal Grichuk’s 12 career home runs against the Orioles. Grichuk is batting .340/.389/.880 with six doubles, seven home runs and 15 RBIs in 12 games against the Orioles this season.
Left-hander Anthony Kay faced the Orioles in relief last week and allowed two runs in four innings for his first major league win. Tonight marks his third career start.
Mancini went 2-for-2 with a double.
The next home run allowed by the Orioles will be the 300th of the season. Toronto hit five last night in an 11-10 15-inning win.
