José Iglesias was given a planned day off Sunday in D.C., but he remains out of the lineup tonight in Philadelphia.

Alex Cobb has made three starts and allowed four runs in 14 1/3 innings. He’s walked six batters and struck out 15.
In his only career start against the Phillies in 2018, Cobb allowed three runs and four hits in 6 2/3 innings at Citizens Bank Park.
J.T. Realmuto is 3-for-6 with two home runs against Cobb.
Wheeler has won both starts this season while allowed three earned runs (four total) in 13 innings. He’s made two career starts against the Orioles and surrendered only one run in 12 innings.
The Orioles rank fifth in the American League with 52 extra-base hits. The Royals are first with 60.
Wade LeBlanc starts Wednesday night, with the Phillies sending Zach Eflin to the mound. The Orioles are listing Thursday afternoon’s starter as TBD – John Means could come off the bereavement list or Tommy Milone could pitch on regular rest – and the Phillies are starting Jake Arrieta.
