He expects to receive a cortisone injection – and perhaps have the knee drained – and could be available in a few days.
Trumbo is listed among the reserves for tonight’s series opener against the Rays.
Trey Mancini is the designated hitter and Craig Gentry is in left field. Chris Davis is batting sixth.
