ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The Orioles are breaking out their right-handed lineup tonight in anticipation of Rays left-hander Ryan Yarbrough following opener Ryne Stanek at Tropicana Field.

Tom Eshelman makes his Orioles and major league debuts tonight after having his contract selected from Triple-A Norfolk.

Stanek has made 34 appearances this season, including 23 starts as the opener. He’s back on the mound tonight, where he hasn’t spent more than two innings.

Stanek faced the Orioles on April 17, worked one inning and struck out three batters. He also allowed a hit.

Mancini is 2-for-7 with a home run against Stanek.

Brendan McKay is making his major league hitting debut two days after tossing six scoreless innings against the Rangers.

DJ Stewart hit his second home run today for the Rookie-level Gulf Coast League team and is close to joining a higher-level affiliate on a rehab assignment. Nate Karns worked a scoreless and hitless first inning, walking a batter and striking out two.

Left-hander John Means became the fifth rookie in Orioles history to be chosen to the All-Star team, joining pitching Chuck Estrada (1960), first baseman Jim Gentile (1960), infielder Ron Hansen (1960) and catcher Andy Etchebarren (1966).
