Matt Harvey is making his third spring start tonight – he’s racked up innings on the back fields – and is lined up to be third in the rotation. He’s allowed five runs and nine hits with no walks in six innings.
In his last start against the Pirates, Harvey surrendered two runs and five hits in four innings and struck out four batters.
The Yankees are starting right-hander Michael King, who’s allowed four runs in nine innings this spring. He’s walked five batters and struck out six.
