Orioles announce 2026 schedule

The Orioles will begin the 2026 season at home for the second time in three seasons after five consecutive road openers.

Major League Baseball released the schedules earlier today and the Orioles host the Twins on March 26. The teams get an off-day and play two more games before the Rangers arrive for three.

The first road trip takes the Orioles to Pittsburgh from April 3-5 and Chicago to face the White Sox from April 6-8.

The All-Star break is July 13-16, followed by road games in Houston and Boston.

The Orioles end the season in New York again, with the final game played on Sept. 27. The last homestand brings the Brewers and Blue Jays to Baltimore.

The longest road trips are in June, when the Orioles travel to Seattle, Los Angeles and Anaheim, in August with visits to Texas, Minnesota and St. Petersburg (if repairs to Tropicana Field are completed), and August/September with stops in St. Louis, Sacramento (if the Athletics stay there) and Colorado. The second of these three trips is longest with 10 games.

The Orioles also travel to Cincinnati, Miami and Citi Field to play the Mets. They play the Nationals May 15-17 in D.C. and June 26-28 at Camden Yards.

Fourteen weekend series will be held in Baltimore. The home schedule features three games played on holidays, including Mother’s Day (May 10 vs. Athletics), Memorial Day (May 25 vs. Rays), and Labor Day (Sept. 7 vs. Guardians).

Times will be posted later.

The last time that the Orioles started a season against the Twins was in 2018 at Camden Yards, when Adam Jones hit a walk-off home run in the 11th inning. They also did it two years earlier and in 2012 at Camden Yards and 2007 in Minnesota.
