Becomes the official import beer partner of the Baltimore Orioles
The Orioles today announced a multi-year partnership with Corona, designating the beverage as the official import beer partner of the club. The partnership also includes the previously announced branded bar on the Flag Court where fans can enjoy Orioles baseball, and the presenting sponsor of Hispanic Heritage Night, including sponsorship of that night’s Los Orioles Jersey.
“Corona not only becomes our official import beer partner but truly integrates its company into various elements throughout our ballpark and in our community,” shared DON ROVAK, Orioles Chief Revenue Officer. “Orioles baseball has a way of bringing people together, and we’re thrilled to continue that with our partnership with Corona.”
“At Corona we believe that baseball’s best moments – like the best beach days – are meant to be savored,” said RENE RAMOS, SVP of brand Activation for Constellation Brands. “As the official import beer of the Baltimore Orioles, Corona will be there to help fans celebrate the energy, rituals, and relaxation that make the game feel like a break from the everyday.”
The club will host Hispanic Heritage Night, presented by Corona, on Friday, September 18, when the Orioles host the Milwaukee Brewers at 7:05 p.m. ET. Specific activations will be announced closer to the date, but celebrations will include a variety of pregame and in-game activations both on-field and throughout the ballpark, and 15,000 fans, 21 and over, will receive the Los Orioles Jersey, sponsored by Corona. For more information, visit Orioles.com/HispanicHeritage.
As previously announced, in partnership with Corona, the club has begun construction of a new bar on the Flag Court, set to be open following the All-Star break. Open to all game attendees, the redesigned space will feature an open-air, wraparound bar to one of the ballpark’s most popular gathering spots. With service from both the Flag Court and Eutaw Street sides, fans will soon be able to enjoy a refreshing beverage while enjoying great views of the action on the field. Fans can enjoy Corona beverages at stands throughout the ballpark, in addition to two branded kiosks located on Eutaw Street and on the concourse in left field.
