FAN EXPERIENCE

CENTER FIELD VIDEOBOARD, RIBBON BOARDS & SOUND SYSTEM – This offseason, Oriole Park underwent major upgrades and renovations to improve the all-around fan experience. An all-new center field videoboard, right field video board, LED ribbon boards, and unified control room will deliver a bigger, more immersive, and fully connected gameday experience. This new center field videoboard is 2.5x larger than the previous videoboard, and features over 16.7 million pixels. The LED ribbon board spans 1,125 total feet and compliments the all-new out-of-town board in right field. All new boards boast 4k resolution and enhance the fan experience accompanied by an all-new sound system, with a richer and more engaging audio experience. The sound system upgrades focused on enhancing clarity, increasing volume, and improving even distribution of audio throughout the ballpark, using modern high-output loudspeakers.

IN-GAME ENTERTAINMENT – With the enhanced size and clarity of the new ballpark displays, the Orioles Game Presentation team will deliver elevated pregame and in game entertainment including the Crab Shuffle, Hot Dog Race, upgraded hype videos, fan cams, t-shirt tosses, interactive prompts, and other features, all presented with greater excitement and visibility throughout the ballpark.

CAMDEN CREW – The new Camden Crew promotional team members will help create a fun, interactive, and memorable experience for fans at Oriole Park through in-game promotions, crowd engagement, and on-field entertainment. The group of roughly 15 spirited individuals will represent the Orioles brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity at all times.

PUREWAGER PAVILION – The PureWager Pavilion features a unique, covered patio space with stunning views of center field. It’s the perfect place for groups to gather before and during the game while enjoying a ballpark fare menu and private bar. The PureWager Pavilion will be available for private groups of up to 300 guests looking for a one-of-a-kind outing at the park. To purchase group tickets, visit Orioles.com/Groups. When the space is not booked for private events, the PureWager Pavilion will be open to all fans and feature beer, wine, spirits, and a fun atmosphere to gather with friends and fellow Orioles fans. TRUIST CLUB – As part of the offseason renovations, the Orioles completed construction of the Truist Club, the ballpark’s first-ever premium club located behind home plate. This exclusive 350-seat destination offers prime views behind home plate and experiences curated for those who want to combine the atmosphere of Baltimore’s iconic ballpark with a premier gameday environment. The Truist Club features VIP parking, a private entrance and access to exclusive events and experiences, like opportunities to watch batting practice from the field and participate in baseball events featuring intimate conversations with Orioles baseball and business executives.

The all-inclusive dining room features a rotating menu with food stations including appetizers, entrees and a decadent dessert bar that will delight the kid inside Orioles fans. Fans interested in learning more should visit Orioles.com/TruistClub.

RIGHT FIELD FLAG COURT BAR – In partnership with Corona, the club has begun construction of a new bar on the Flag Court, set to be open following the All-Star break. Open-to-the-public, the redesigned space will feature an open-air, wraparound bar to one of the ballpark’s most popular gathering spots. With service from both the Flag Court and Eutaw Street sides, fans will soon be able to enjoy a refreshing beverage while enjoying great views of the action on the field. For more information on the Flag Court Bar, visit Orioles.com/FlagCourt.

CLUB LEVEL – This offseason, the Club Level was fully redesigned to enhance the fan experience, with elevated décor, lighting, and furniture. The space features two all-new climate-controlled bars on the first and third base sides, offering unbelievable ballpark views.

THE HOME PLATE CLUB – The Home Plate Club on the Club Level was also renovated, and offers access to some of the best Club Level seats along the first base line, paired with an all-inclusive menu of elevated ballpark fare. Fans can enjoy upgraded ballpark classics, indulgent desserts, and a private cash bar, all in a convenient, private club setting just steps from their seats. Home Plate Club access is included in seats purchased in Section 228 as a membership or single-game or as an add-on to a ticket purchased elsewhere in the ballpark. For more information, visit Orioles.com/HomePlateClub

VIDEOBOARD CLOCK – The iconic clock that sits atop the videoboard at Oriole Park was refurbished this offseason, receiving a new internal mechanism, clock face, and neon “Orioles” lettering. It’s 14 feet in diameter with a base that stretches 31 feet. The lettering is 3 feet high, and overall the clock weighs 5,000 pounds.

EARLY ACCESS BATTING PRACTICE – Fans can enjoy early access to the ballpark to watch batting practice before all night games Monday through Thursday (except August 20). Gates A and H will open for all ticket holders 2.5 hours before first pitch, and fans will have access to Eutaw Street, Orioles Legends Park, the Flag Court, and Bleacher seats (Sections 90-98). Select food, beverage, and merchandise locations will be open. Some exclusions apply and fans are encouraged to visit Orioles.com/Ballpark for further information.

IPTV – As part of the renovations, the ballpark was equipped with Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), a system that delivers television programming, live channels, and video-on-demand (VOD) over the internet rather than through traditional cable or satellite formats. With over 600 televisions throughout the ballpark, IPTV will elevate the fan experience through in-bowl, concourse, and concessions screens that will show live action, replays, and stats, ensuring fans do not miss the game while away from their seats. IPTV will also provide dynamic signage and marketing, allowing for instant, zone-based updates to menu boards, sponsor advertisements, and event promotions.

CONTROL ROOM  To support the new videoboards and sound system, the Orioles built a new control room that enables the club to dynamically present players and stats throughout the game. The control room, which doubled in overall footprint, will run on a full Fiber Network backbone delivering an upgraded fan experience throughout the ballpark. Synchronized orchestration of content is made possible through full system control over all digital elements of the ballpark including LED, lighting, audio, and IPTV. New cameras, including two wireless roaming cameras and super slow-motion capabilities bring fans closer to the action and provide entertainment throughout game day.

MILITARY SPOTLIGHT – The Orioles’ Military Spotlight, presented by RBR-Technologies, shines a light on the stories of active-duty service members and veterans throughout Birdland. This feature highlights the impact, resilience, and commitment of those who serve our country – both on and off the field. Individuals will be recognized at Orioles home games throughout the season with a special in-game tribute and video board welcome.
