Rain and an ominous forecast lacking in a window to play has forced the postponement of tonight’s game between the Orioles and Astros at Camden Yards.
The teams will play a single-admission doubleheader on Saturday, with Game 1 at 4:05 p.m. The nightcap will begin approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the opener.

The Orioles are subjected to their eighth postponement of the season and their sixth at home. Two games in Boston were washed away, the most recent on Tuesday night.
The last rainout caused the Orioles to play a day-night doubleheader Wednesday at Fenway Park.
Manager Buck Showalter will reveal his pitching plans later this evening. Rookies David Hess and Yefry RamÃrez were supposed to start tonight and Friday, respectively, with Dylan Bundy taking the ball Saturday night.
Fans holding tickets for the originally scheduled 7:05 p.m. game on Saturday should use them for both games of the doubleheader. The first 35,000 fans 15 and over will receive an Orioles puffy vest.
Tickets and parking for Thursday’s postponed game won’t automatically be honored for the doubleheader. Fans must exchange the value of their tickets and parking from tonight’s scheduled game at the Oriole Park Box Office toward any remaining home game this season, including the doubleheader, based on availability.
In addition, the value of any valid paid tickets to tonight’s game may be applied toward an exchange for any April or May 2019 home game, excluding opening day and subject to availability. Exchanges for 2019 will be available after single game tickets go on sale at the Oriole Park Box Office. Timing will be announced at a later date.
All ballpark gates will open at 3 p.m. Saturday and parking lots will open at 2:30 p.m. Both games will be broadcast on MASN and on the Orioles Radio Network, including flagship station 105.7 The Fan.
Ticket exchanges can be performed at the Oriole Park box office.
Update: Bundy will start the first game of Saturday’s doubleheader, with RamÃrez starting the nightcap. Sunday’s starting pitcher is still listed as TBD.
