Left-hander Zach Britton will try to complete the first inning tonight for the first time in his last three major league starts.
Britton has allowed 17 runs (13 earned) and 13 hits, with three walks, in one inning over his two previous starts with the Orioles. He was optioned to Double-A Bowie in between those outings in Boston and New York.

Down on the farm, Bowie’s Oliver Drake (Navy) didn’t allow a run over 7 1/3 innings today against Portland, allowing four hits, walking two and striking out six in the Baysox’s 3-2 loss.
First baseman Joe Mahoney had a double, triple and RBI.
Brandon Waring went 0-for-4 with four strikeouts. Catcher Steve Lerud was charged with his 12th passed ball.
In case you missed this report, former Orioles third baseman Doug DeCinces has been charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission with insider trading ahead of a company buyout.
DeCinces has agreed to pay a $2.5 million settlement.
