The Orioles have summoned left-hander Zach Phillips from Triple-A Norfolk. He hasn’t officially been recalled because the Orioles are making sure tonight’s game isn’t rained out.

Phillips has allowed six runs and 15 hits in 13 innings, with five walks and 11 strikeouts. He’s on the 40-man roster.

* Jason Berken is putting on his street clothes and heading to Norfolk. He’s been told that he’s being optioned.
