HOUSTON – Anthony Santander is back with the Orioles and playing right field tonight for the series opener at Minute Maid Park.
Santander is batting second and catcher Chance Sisco is hitting cleanup.
Trey Mancini remains the designated hitter and Chris Davis returns to first base.
Mancini is 38-for-108 (.352) in 28 road games. Six of his 13 home runs have come in the first inning.

Gerrit Cole’s 116 strikeouts lead the American League and are one behind major league leader Max Scherzer. He’s allowed two runs or fewer in four of his last five starts.
In his only career start against the Orioles, Cole held them to one run and four hits in six innings on Sept. 28, 2018 at Camden Yards. Keon Broxton has the most at-bats against him, going 3-for-11 with a home run and six strikeouts.
Astros second baseman Jose Altuve and shortstop Carlos Correa are on the injured list.
The Orioles have dropped seven consecutive road series and 12 series in a row overall. They’ve won the opening game in three straight series before losing the last two.
Orioles executive vice president and general manager Mike Elias is on the trip, making his first appearance in Houston since leaving the organization over the winter. Elias spent seven years with the Astros, most recently serving as assistant general manager, player acquisition.
