The Orioles lead the American League and rank third in the majors with a .298 average with runners in scoring position.

Albers is the 16th starter used by the Mariners this seasons, the highest total in the majors and one shy of the club record set in 1977.

The New York-Penn League will induct Orioles manager Buck Showalter into their Hall of Fame as part of tonight’s All-Star Game festivities. Showalter managed the Oneonta Yankees from 1985-1986 and they established league records for wins in both seasons with 55 and 59.
