He’s made eight career appearances against the Phillies and registered a 2.89 ERA and 1.250 WHIP in 28 innings. He’s allowed three runs in 16 innings at Citizens Bank Park.
Bryce Harper is 3-for-10 with a home run against LeBlanc.
Right-hander Zach Eflin is making his second start this year. He was tagged with two unearned runs over four innings Thursday against the Yankees.
In Eflin’s only career start against the Orioles, he allowed two runs and five hits in seven innings on July 3, 2018 in Philadelphia. Mark Trumbo hit a solo home run.
