They received run-scoring hits in the seventh inning last night from Jones, Manny Machado, Schoop and Trey Mancini – the latter a bases-clearing triple.

Colleague Steve Melewski reported earlier that Ryan Mountcastle has been promoted to Double-A Bowie and moved to third base.

Former Orioles catcher and Baltimore native Steve Clevenger signed with Lancaster of the independent Atlantic League.
