Chris Tillman said his right shoulder feels good after throwing yesterday off a flat mound. He’s just experiencing the normal body soreness.
Tillman is expected to throw off a half mound on Friday and a full mound on Sunday. He still thinks March 17 is a realistic date to make his Grapefruit League debut.
Closer Zach Britton is long-tossing again this morning. The pain in his left side is gone.
Infielder Ryan Flaherty is playing catch this morning to test his right shoulder. He wanted to play today in one of the split-squad games, but the Orioles are holding him out another day.
Reliever Logan Ondrusek threw live batting practice yesterday and didn’t feel any pain in his right ankle. He’s waiting to find out when he’s allowed to pitch.
