Update: Yamaico Navarro just walked into manager Buck Showalter’s office and appears to be the player being sent down to make room for Tillman.

On top of that, his name was just removed from the magnetic roster board outside the clubhouse.

Navarro was just called up Friday to replace Brian Roberts, and the roster move will leave the Orioles with a three-man bench.
