The Orioles have named Troy Scott as the club’s Vice President of Ballpark Operations. The Orioles have named Troy Scott as the club’s Vice President of Ballpark Operations. Scott will oversee and coordinate the facility operation of Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the accompanying B & O Warehouse and will drive the strategic and operational initiatives of the ballpark, including all ongoing security, event operations, and guest experience programs.
Since 2013, Scott has served as the Vice President of Stadium Development and Operations for D.C. United Soccer, where he was responsible for all aspects of the nearly-completed DC United Soccer Stadium. Prior to his tenure with D.C. United, Scott spent 16 years with Events DC (previously DC Sports & Entertainment Commission).
Scott is a member of the Stadium Manager’s Association and the International Association of Venue Managers.
