MINNESOTA – Dylan Bundy has come off the 10-day disabled list and is starting tonight’s game against the Twins at Target Field. He was unable to stay on the active roster after spraining his left ankle in Atlanta while running the bases.

Hess is 2-5 with a 6.06 ERA and 1.531 WHIP in 49 innings. He allowed 21 runs in 17 2/3 innings in his last four starts and surrendered two runs Wednesday in two relief innings in Philadelphia.

Hess has given up 11 home runs in 49 innings. He’ll go back into Norfolk’s rotation while Yefry Ramirez starts one of the games in Monday’s doubleheader against the Yankees at Camden Yards.

Under major league rules, Hess would be eligible to return Monday as the 26th player. Pitcher Jimmy Yacabonis is another possibility.

The Orioles also reinstated infielder Luis Sardiñas from the 60-day disabled list and outrighted him to Norfolk after he cleared waivers.

Sardiñas had been on the disabled list with a sprained left ankle. He’s appeared in eight games with the Orioles and gone 2-for-18 with a home run.

Jake Zebron, the Orioles’ 18th round pick this year out of Colonel Richardson High School in Federalsburg, Md., threw 5 1/3 scoreless innings today in the Rookie-level Gulf Coast League. He hasn’t allowed a run in three of his four professional outings.
