The Orioles have made the following roster moves:
- Outrighted C Aramis Garcia to Triple-A Norfolk.
- Reinstated RHP Chris Ellis from the 60-day Injured List and outrighted him to Triple-A Norfolk.
The 40-man roster is at 39 players.
