The Orioles today announced that RHP RICK VANDENHURK has cleared waivers and been outrighted to Triple-A Norfolk.
The club also selected the contract of RHP JOSH RUPE, adding him to the 40-man roster.
With the moves, the Orioles have 25 players in camp including 12 pitchers, five outfielders, six infielders and two catchers.
