Despaigne, 29, pitched to a 3.59 ERA (25 ER/62.2 IP) with 53 strikeouts over 12 starts with the Tides this season. Over his last two starts with Norfolk, Despaigne pitched to a 0.75 ERA (1 ER/12.0 IP). In 50 career Major League games (34 starts), Despaigne has gone 9-16 with a 4.74 ERA (117 ER/222.0 IP).

Worley, 28, went 2-0 with a 2.66 ERA (12 ER/40.2 IP) in 17 games (two starts) with the Orioles this season, including a 1.80 ERA (6 ER/30.0 IP) over 15 games as a reliever.
